Completion of this 8,000 square foot new Golf Pro Shop included underground golf cart storage, members golf bag storage, staff offices and staff housing, and complete renovation of the Ladies Locker Room.
In addition, Roche Incorporated managed the extensive renovation of the Club House that included upgraded exterior finishes, landscaping, completely new mechanical and electrical systems, renovation of the Grill Room, Dining Room, Entry Foyer, and a new Tennis Shop.
